Anglesea Barracks, established in 1811, is the oldest continuously occupied military establishment in Australia and remains an active Army site in the heart of the city. Total and permanent disability
Many veterans also hold TPD cover inside a civilian or industry super fund from later employment. A TPD claim is separate from DVA and from your military super, and it can often be pursued at the same time.

Abuse during service
Claims for abuse or serious mistreatment during service are civil claims under state law. Tasmania has removed the time limits that once blocked historical child abuse claims, so matters going back many years can now be pursued. We act confidentially.
