Fees
Depending on the type of matter, KSC Law may offer a no win no fee arrangement. Where it applies, whether professional fees become payable, what work is covered and how expenses are treated are explained in writing before work begins.
For eligible DVA compensation matters, KSC Law’s guarantee means you retain at least 91% of your compensation, with our professional fee reduced if necessary to meet that guarantee. The arrangement and any foreseeable expenses are explained in your written costs documents.
Eligibility
