Many veterans also hold TPD cover inside a civilian or industry super fund from later employment. A TPD claim is separate from DVA and from your military super, and it can often be pursued at the same time.

Claims for abuse or serious mistreatment during service are civil claims under state law. Victoria has removed the time limits that once blocked historical child abuse claims, so matters going back many years can now be pursued. We act confidentially.
